Are Smartech locks compatible with my door?
Yes. Our locks fit every type of door: aluminium, iron, wood, PVC, front doors as well as interior doors. Send us a photo of your door and its current lock on WhatsApp, and our team confirms the ideal model.
What happens if the battery runs out?
You are warned well in advance via the app and audible signals. As a backup, the supplied physical key and a USB emergency power supply always open the door.
Is installation included?
Our technicians travel everywhere in Luxembourg for installation and setup. Depending on the model and your door, installation may be included or offered as an option — the detail is stated in your free quote.
Are the locks rain- and cold-resistant?
Yes. The A8, A10 and S10 models are certified waterproof IP65/IP66 and made of anti-corrosion zinc alloy, specially designed for outdoor use in the Luxembourg climate.
Can I grant temporary access to a guest?
Absolutely. From the mobile app, create temporary codes or fingerprints (limited duration, single use, time slots) — ideal for family, a cleaner or a short-term rental.
